The Cardiovascular Disease Foundation (CVDF) a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization based in Carlsbad was created seven years ago to provide heart disease and stroke prevention programs to our community.

In the years since then, CVDF has grown to provide free wellness information and health screenings for more than 10,000 people of all ages throughout San Diego County. The Cardiovascular Disease Foundation staff and board want to thank their community for the great effort and support that has made it possible for the foundation to fulfill its mission.

Information about CVDF events and activities and how you can participate is available at www.CVDF.org and www.WalkForLife.us or by calling Malinda Engerer at 760-730-1471.

The Cardiovascular Disease Foundation office is located at 3088 Pio Pico Dr. #202 Carlsbad, CA 92008.
