9am-10am - Check in and day of walk registration 9:30am - Warm up 10 am - 5K Walk Starts 10 am-3 pm - Free Health Fair 5K Walk is non-competitive and not timed Event Features FUN FAMILY EVENT! COMPLIMENTARY HEALTH SCREENINGS & HEALTHY FOOD! LIVE BAND! GREAT PRIZES! FACE PAINTING! KIDS MEDALS! Warm up with a light aerobic work-out. Then join us for a walk along the beach to fight heart disease and stroke, while taking in the beautiful coastal scenery. Walk entry fee $25, $20 in advance. Kids 12 & under Free Walk as a Team and win prizes! Show your Team Spirit! Win Prizes for Largest Team, Most Raised, & Best Decorated Banner! Email your team name and contact information to engerer@cvdf.org Each Team is Recognized by Emcee and given a photo. Photos are included in newsletter and on website. |
